This week we are featuring Jessica from the blog, Jebbica’s World, and her post, Benefits of Cheating on Your Diet. Jessica’s blog is absolutely full of information from diet and exercise, to crafts to starting a blog. You could definitely spend a huge chunk of time becoming absorbed in Jessica’s posts.
Jessica shares with us that her blog is a weight lost blog, chronicling her journey to lose 75 pounds in a healthy way. Jessica has a weekly post, “5 Healthy Foods,” which provides 5 healthy meals to order when eating out.
