Really love the Good Daily Habits article. The lemon water & rebounding suggestions are useful suggestions. The first article is a bit of a shortcut to David Allen’s GTD I really like the suggestion to leave wiggle room as things never going 100% according to plan.

I am a complete sucker for routines!! However, I have terrible follow-through. I know they always make me more productive over the course of an entire day, but I always make excuses as to why I shouldn’t complete the entire routine each day.
This post is a fantastic reminder that I need to stick to it, and allow it to become a solid habit. Then it will just be easy…like brushing my teeth daily or combing my hair.
